Birth profiles and readings are kept on the device. Deleting the app removes them from that iPhone. A copy can still exist in a device backup you made yourself.
The purchase
MayanStela is a paid download from the App Store. This version has no separate unlock. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Apple.
